It's believed that the Gimlet originated to keep sailors scurvy-free by administering a daily dose of lime juice. With vitality in mind, we've developed our own Gimlet, taking a "sweat-it-out" approach to good health. This adaptation calls on vodka and thai chile for a dose of heat, while coconut, galangal, and tamarind round out the feverish blend for a smooth and balanced libation. Whether traversing open waters or in the comfort of our homes, let's raise a glass to good health, fair winds, and following seas!
