Now Pouring: Pickletini

Batter up! 

Legend has it that deep in the outfield of Walker Stadium lies a natural spring that bubbles with brine. Each season Dillon traverses the grassy expanse to harvest this liquid marvel. From the Earth beneath Lents Park (definitely not our production facility) comes the Pickletini. Made with vodka, our signature dill pickle brine, Accompani Dry Vermouth, and sparkling water, the Pickletini is a refreshing, effervescent cocktail worthy of sunset home runs and doubleheaders alike.

This is not your cool older cousin's pickle back. Team Pickles & Team Straightaway spent hours in the lab tasting and exploring the nuances of brine, debating base spirits, and carbonation levels. The result is a highly sessionable sparkling dill extravaganza sure to capture the hearts and minds of pickle fans near and far.

We landed on vodka as the base spirit which really allows our housemade brine to shine through. The brine is based on a family recipe from our dear Cellar Manager Kelsey with black pepper, mustard seed, and coriander. This is a cocktail for pickle lovers. It's definitely brine forward but with the addition of Accompani Dry Vermouth, has nice acidity mid-palate.

We recommend drinking this savory sipper right from the chilled can! I, for one, will be adding Jacobsen's dill salt to my can rims this summer. But as we say, Drink Your Drink. 

A bright, effervescent, cocktail bursting with elecrolytes is the literal ticket to a Pickles game well enjoyed.
